These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Novalinya (hereinafter "the Publisher") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the User" or "the Customer") making a purchase on novalinya.com.
The Publisher offers two plans:
Medical warning: The reports generated by Novalinya are tools for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis and do not replace the opinion of a qualified healthcare professional.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, on each offer's presentation page. The Premium Assessment is sold at €9.99 incl. VAT as a one-time payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order.
Payment is made online via the secure Stripe platform, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by the payment methods offered by Stripe. No credit card data is stored by the Publisher.
The order is considered final upon validation of payment by Stripe. A payment receipt is automatically sent by email.
After payment validation, the Premium Assessment is automatically generated and made available to the Customer within an average of 90 to 120 seconds. The access link is also sent by email to the address provided by the Customer.
In case of technical incident or generation failure, the Publisher undertakes to resend the report or issue a full refund upon request.
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts involving the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the execution of which has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By validating payment, the Customer expressly acknowledges that their Premium assessment will be generated and made available immediately, and thereby waives the right of withdrawal.
Nevertheless, as a commercial gesture, the Publisher offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: in case of duly justified dissatisfaction, the Customer can request a refund by email to hello@novalinya.com within 7 days of purchase.
The Publisher undertakes to provide a service in accordance with its descriptions. Liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. In particular, the Publisher cannot be held liable for:
Personal data collected in connection with an order is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Users have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
Any complaint can be addressed by email to hello@novalinya.com. In accordance with article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the User may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator in case of unresolved dispute.

These Terms are subject to French law. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be brought before the competent French courts.
