These Terms of Service define the conditions for accessing and using the Novalinya service, available at novalinya.com.

By using the service, you accept these terms without reservation. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

Novalinya is an AI-powered body analysis service. The service includes:

Free analysis: overall score, 10-zone body heatmap, body type identification, strengths and areas for improvement, express workout and nutrition plan
Premium analysis (4.99 EUR): everything included in the free analysis, plus a detailed workout program, personalized nutrition plan, AI transformation simulation, and complete PDF report

The service is accessible from any device with a web browser and internet connection.

3. Access to the service

Access to the free analysis does not require account creation. Users provide their email address, fill out the analysis form, and submit their photos. The premium analysis is available after payment via Stripe.

4. User obligations

Users agree to:

Provide accurate information and recent photos of themselves
Not submit illegal, offensive content or content that infringes on third-party rights
Use the service for personal purposes only
Not attempt to bypass the service's security measures
Be at least 16 years old (or have parental/guardian consent)

5. Health disclaimer

Important: Novalinya is not a medical service. Recommendations generated by artificial intelligence are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional health advice (doctor, dietitian, certified coach).

Before starting any workout or nutrition program, consult your doctor, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

6. Pricing and payment

Free analysis: 0 EUR, no commitment
Premium analysis: 4.99 EUR including tax, one-time payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Novalinya does not store any banking information.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after payment. By purchasing the premium analysis, you acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal, as the service is executed immediately.

8. Intellectual property

The entire Novalinya service (algorithms, interface, design, content) is protected by intellectual property law. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written authorization.

Generated analysis reports are intended for the user's personal use only.

9. Liability

Novalinya strives to provide a quality service but does not guarantee:

Absence of technical interruptions or errors
Absolute accuracy of AI-generated analyses and recommendations
Achievement of specific results from following recommendations

Novalinya's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service.

10. Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

11. Modifications

Novalinya reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
